To get started, you just need to create a registration on the Roboforex website via THIS LINK, which will automatically link you to our company. After filling out a simple initial form, you will be logged into the Roboforex Members area and an automatically generated password will be sent to your email.
The next step is a simple KYC process. In your members area, click on Verify personal data where you will verify your email, upload your ID details and proof of address. Verification by Roboforex usually takes up to 24 hours.
The last step of registration, after you receive a verification confirmation to your email, is to create a compatible trading account, which you fund and connect to the selected strategy. To create a new trading account, please follow these instructions:

After you complete the registration process and you've passed verification described in the section above, your account is ready for deposit of funds.
On the main page of your member area, select "Deposit" next to the EUR trading account you have created. It is very important to choose the right account. Then select the way you want to deposit your account and process the payment.

You can connect to the strategy after the funds have been successfully credited to your trading account. For more information about connecting to the strategy, please contact us or your contact person directly.
Complete registration and verification usually takes up to 2 hours, or up to 24 hours if there is any uncertainty. Roboforex customer support is very responsive and fast.
Creating a client account is completely free of charge.
You do not need any trading or advanced technical experience to open an account with the Roboforex broker and initial setup. You can do everything successfully if you follow our detailed instructions, or we will be happy to help you with the process through an online WhatsApp chat.

We provide our clients with access to our algorithmic trading software through 100% automated mirroring of trades that the algorithm opens and closes. Through their personal accounts with the broker and API connection to our strategy, clients are able to copy all trades, which our algorithmic trading system opens based on complex and highly sophisticated set conditions.
The automated trading system uses smart algorithm to achieve the desired results in the currency market, where it takes advantage of the differences in the exchange rates of different currencies. It is able to work with high accuracy and minimize the risk of errors.
The algorithm trades 24 hours a day by constantly opening new trades. The most common ones are the EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and CHF. It continuously evaluates these trades and sells them according to a pre-programmed logic in order to make the desired profit.
With advanced open trade management, the system can easily handle the vast majority of exchange rate movements in a variety of situations. It is able to react quickly to market changes and automatically adjust trading strategies to be as efficient as possible. The results of this approach are significantly faster and more computationally intensive compared to manual trading.
The algorithm can run on multiple currency pairs simultaneously on a single trading account, using common capital for trading and thus increasing the overall performance. Advanced programming, machine learning and a considerable amount of knowledge has been applied to the trading system, making it exceptional, robust and capable of achieving long-term and stable results.
On both Enigma EASY and Enigma PROFI, our profit sharing is set equally, with 50% of the profit going to the client and the other 50% going to us.
The Enigma PREMIUM strategy has individual conditions, which we will be happy to share with you if you are interested.
The minimum deposit for each strategy is:

The expected average monthly profit for the client is around 1,5 % to 2 %.
Enigma Wise does not guarantee profits for clients connected to the strategy and warns that past returns are no guarantee of future profits.
Roboforex offers twice a month (every two weeks) completely free withdrawals from their platform to your bank account, card, Revolut and others.
Minimum withdrawal amount:
• The minimum amount to withdraw by bank transfer is 500 EUR.
• The minimum amount to withdraw by debit/credit card is 10 EUR.

As the market as well as any investment goes through different volatility or stagnation, the desired results may not come in the short investment horizon. Therefore, we recommend our clients to have a minimum investment horizon of 1 year.
We would also like to inform you that the yield curve may drop a little from time to time and this is normal. Also part of trading is the so-called open loss, i.e. currently open trading positions are in a short-term loss, which you will see in your account. An open loss is an absolutely normal part of trading and most positions will go into profit and close at that point.
Yes, our algorithmic softwares are 100% automated, need no human intervention and run 24/7. Our analytics team supervises the operation on a daily basis and implements possible improvements.
Our softwares trade solely on Forex and we invest primarily in a few of the largest and most stable currency pairs. The most common ones are the EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and CHF.

After connecting to the algorithmic software Engima Wise, Roboforex sends you daily trading reports to your e-mail. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, follow the attached instructions and turn off the service.

Enigma Wise follows a fair "no fees" policy. This means that the client does not pay any entry fee, management fee or exit fee. The only fee that the client pays is a share of the profit that our algorithms generate on his investment, equal to 50% of the profit.
Roboforex also does not charge any fees on the client's investment and does not charge any fee for depositing funds via common payment methods. Withdrawal of funds is also free of charge if the withdrawal is made on predetermined "free withdrawal" days.
All of our trading is conducted in EUR and we also only accept EUR from our clients. In case the client does not own EUR, we recommend him to make the conversion at the level of his bank.
We also accept cryptocurrency deposits in addition to traditional fiat currency, specifically in USDT (USD Tether). A fee of 1 % of the deposit amount is applied to this deposit by Roboforex.
Roboforex provides clients with standard payment methods such as bank transfer, SEPA transfer, Visa or MasterCard. In addition, you can also use Revolut, ApplePay, GooglePay or crypto transfer.
As mentioned before, Enigma Wise only accepts crypto transfer in USDT (USD Tether).
Crypto (USDT) deposit works very simply. You go to the standard deposit page in your Roboforex account and select the trading account you want to deposit funds into and select a USDT transfer (TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20).
You then generate a crypto wallet address to which you send the desired amount from your crypto wallet, this wallet must be registered directly under your name otherwise the transfer will not be processed.
Roboforex will automatically convert your USDT transfer to the relevant currency at the current exchange rate, in our case EUR, and credit it to your trading account in EUR. The fee for this payment method is 1 % of the deposit amount.
NOTE: In case you have made an initial deposit in USDT, it is not possible to withdraw the same amount in fiat currency (EUR) to your bank account. However, it is possible to withdraw any profits generated from this deposit as fiat currency (EUR) directly to your bank account, card, etc.
